I'm YM Prof. Dr. Hjh. Raja Suzana Raja Kasim, Professor of Entrepreneurship & Management at Universiti Malaysia Kelantan. For more than two decades I've worked at the intersection of research, social innovation, and Islamic fintech — building programs and capacity for the communities that need them most.

About Me
I Bridge Research, Innovation & Community Since 1999
A former Company Secretary at a FELCRA subsidiary, I crossed into academia in 1999 carrying a conviction that scholarship and enterprise belong together. My PhD in Management from Universiti Putra Malaysia and my Postgraduate Diploma in Entrepreneurship from Cambridge Judge Business School shaped a research practice that refuses to stay inside the library.
Today I lead programs that span four continents — from ERASMUS+ work with vulnerable learners in Europe and Bosnia, to UNESCO-UNITWIN exchanges with South Korea, to AI-for-non-AI training for B40 founders in rural Kelantan. The throughline is the same: build the bridges that turn ideas into livelihoods.
